The family is a huge fan of spreads so this time we're trying the Choco Cookie Butter and Choco Hazelnut Spreads made locally by GoNuts Donuts.
It's my first time to try a Choco Cookie Butter so I'm quite excited to try it. There are two kinds of Choco Cookie Butter: Crunchy and Creamy.
So the small bottle is around 120 grams...
The Choco Cookie Butter Creamy is flawlessly smooth and creamy with a wholesome chocolate cookie flavor. You can put this on cheesecakes, muffins, ice cream and a lot more.
The Choco Hazalnut is a more familiar variant for me.
The big jar is around 330 grams...
Upon opening, I noticed that it was glimmering as it had a layer of oil on top.
Compared to others I've tried (Nutella and Jif), I like that it bold hazelnut flavor and right amount of sweetness. However, it was too oily and lacks thickness in composition.
The Sugar Twists are perfect to dunk and dip into the spreads. Although you could actually try out other things to dip and spread. In case you're wondering what I dipped, it was singkamas (my moms campaign for a healthier snack alternative) which I would never have eaten were it not for the delicious spreads hihi.
Overall, I'm so glad we now have the Choco Cookie Butter and Choco Hazelnut Spreads locally made and sold at a more affordable price. Try it out! =)
