In a household with no maids, it has always been our strategy to stock upas much easy to cook frozen goods as we can. And, one of family favorites is Sarangani Bay Prime Bangus which you can buy at most supermarkets in the Metro. There's no denying that there are many times when everyone is just to dead tired after a busy day offand we'd just prefer an easy to cook meal. During those times, which are quite common, we'd jut head over the freezer and scout for the food options we could find. Sarangani Bay Prime Bangus is our usual choice because they have so many variants.
And, its very healthy. Other than canned tuna, salmon and sardines, I don't think you can have an easier meal packed with Omega 3 other than this.

We cook our Sarangani Bay Boneless Milkfish Marinated and Unseasoned by using Happycall non-stick double pan.
